GIUSEPPE ANTI, a journalist who lives in Verona, Italy, is the Director of the Veneto Region Archive (Archivio Veneto), a periodical published by the Association for the History of the Venetian Region (Deputazione di storia patria per le Venezie), which is headquartered in Venice. He works closely with the on-line daily Verona-In and with the Veronese Institute for the History of the Resistance Movement and the Contemporary Age (Istituto veronese per la storia della Resistenza e dell’età contemporanea). For most of his career, Anti was the Arts & Culture Editor of the Veronese daily L’Arena. Previously, he had been a co-founding editor of Colibrì Edizioni, a children’s book publisher. Anti is also the author of a biography of Giovanni Uberti, an antifascist statesman. He has a degree in contemporary history from the University of Padua in Italy.
